Stephen
T. Carney is the founder and President of Carney Capital
Management in East Greenwich, Rhode Island specializing
in investment management of personal, corporate and
retirement assets. The Company has been in existence
since July 1998.
Prior
to Carney Capital, Mr. Carney was Department Head
of Fleet Bank’s Pension and Profit Sharing area.
His responsibilities included all sales and marketing,
administration, documents and tax reporting. He formulated
the plan for Fleet Bank’s entry into the
401K market in 1983. He has also worked as director
of investment sales for several banks, all of who
have been absorbed into larger banks.
Mr.
Carney is 60 years old. He holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree from Villanova University. He received his
Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1974 with
studies at American College and Wharton School of
Business. He is a Vietnam Veteran serving with the
United States Marine Corps.

Jack J. Vultaggio, Jr., is the founder and Managing
Director of The Laurus Group of Mansfield, Massachusetts,
a business-consulting firm established in 2001 specializing
in management and financial consulting of emerging businesses.
In addition, Mr. Vultaggio is a practicing attorney
in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts with offices
in Mansfield Massachusetts.
As an attorney since 1988, Mr. Vultaggio has concentrated
his practice in general business and corporate work.
He acts as outside general counsel for several entities
ranging in size from one hundred million dollar to
one million dollars in revenue. In addition, as a
supplement to his legal practice, Mr. Vultaggio has
provided business consulting services to clients establishing
financial controls and systems for emerging businesses
to better help them handle the rapid growth usually
associated with such entities.
Mr. Vultaggio is 43 years old. He holds a Bachelor
of Science degree from Suffolk University. He received
his Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School in 1987.
He is the chairman of the Mansfield Zoning Board and
has been a board member since 1992. He is a past member
of the Mansfield Industrial Development Commission
and a current member of the Mansfield’s Housing
Rehabilitation Committee. |
